Kristina Lapinski is a strategist, producer, and founder of Heyday Collective—a social impact and sustainability consultancy and production company. Her work sits at the intersection of storytelling, policy, and systems change. Drawing on a systems-thinking approach, she designs campaigns, experiences, and narratives that don’t just communicate ideas, but shift how people understand and engage with complex issues.

Kristina has led grassroots advocacy initiatives, national communications campaigns featuring governors and members of Congress, and the production of large-scale conferences and high-impact forums. Whether shaping impact narratives or building community-driven movements, she brings a holistic lens to connecting people, power, and purpose.

Kristina is based in the Bay Area, and can often be found wandering the redwoods of Sonoma County. She’s also a photographer and drummer. 🤘
